SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
For our customers based in Japan we ship using YU-PACK JAPAN POSTAL service.
For our customers based outside of Japan, we ship using Fedex international priority service.
Our shipping rates and time of delivery is as below
Shipping fee. ¥1,500 (per item) Delivery time. in-stock items will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
For the Rest of the World
Shipping fee. ¥5,000 (per item) Delivery time. in-stock items will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

We try our very best to secure our packages to ensure your special order arrives safely. Should your order arrive in a damaged state please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help.
We are happy to accept items returned to us within 7 days of date the item was delivered to you if the returned item(s) meets our return policy. Please see our RETURN POLICY for details.
We are happy to refund the full price of the returned item if it meets our return policy as listed below.
1. The item being returned has not been worn or damaged.
2. You have contacted email@example.com by email to request a return authorization within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. We are, unfortunately, unable to offer refunds for earrings for reasons of hygiene.
Please note that all returns must be arranged and paid for by the returnee.

STEP 3. The item(s) must be packed securely with all the additional items (jewelry box, guarantee card, extra) in the same packaging you have received it. We are not liable to refund you if the item(s) is returned to us broken.
